What You’ll Do as a Frontier Customer Service Representative:
- Welcome and assist customers by recommending the best Frontier products and services that meet their needs
- Explain Frontiers pricing, promotions, and features in a simple, engaging way
- Collaborate with other Frontier Customer Service Representatives to enhance service quality, boost sales, and develop leadership capabilities
- Keep detailed records of sales transactions and customer interactions to ensure efficient follow-up and tracking
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints, ensuring complete satisfaction and positive experiences
- Represent Frontier with professionalism, maintaining a strong company image in every customer interaction
- Participate in local marketing campaigns and community events to raise awareness of Frontier products and services
- Continuously stay up-to-date on Frontier’s offerings to provide knowledgeable and accurate assistance to customers
What We’re Looking For in a Frontier Customer Service Representative:
