Position Overview:
This position works closely with guest-facing departments and department leaders; developing leadership, operational judgement, and strategic decision-making through daily guest interaction and real-time operational oversight. The RAM regularly serves as Manager on Duty (MOD), leading evening operations and facilitating collaboration across teams.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead evening resort operations through walkthrough, mentoring department leaders, and resolving operational issues

Coach and support team leaders to ensure smooth operations and strong guest service

Anticipate and resolve guest concerns, modeling professional service recovery

Facilitate the daily 330pm operation meetings

Serve as primary decision-maker during incidents or emergencies
-
Promote a positive and collaborative culture through various employee engagement activities
-
Support Security & Transportation team to ensure proper staffing for operations and events

Support training and emergency preparedness initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize revenue

Respond to and document guest and employee incidents accurately

All other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of hospitality or resort experience (supervisory preferred)
