Coordinate job postings and candidate scheduling
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
Manage pre-employment processes and onboarding documentation
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of required paperwork
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Process employee transactions in Paycom, including new hires, status changes, and terminations
Assist with employment verifications and HR reporting
Ensure compliance with document retention requirements
Assist employees with routine benefits questions and enrollment support
Coordinate benefit paperwork and communicate with vendors as needed
Administer FMLA and routine leave processes, including tracking requests, documentation, notices, and employee communication
Monitor leave balances and ensure timely follow-up on required documentation
Consult with the HR Manager on complex leave matters, including ADA accommodations, extended leaves of absence, and high-risk situations
Respond to general employee questions regarding HR processes
Track mandatory trainings, certifications, and required documentation
Maintain compliance records and assist with audits
Support HR initiatives, employee recognition, and engagement activities
