Position Overview
Brightview Care is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve as the Interim Hybrid Clinical Lead for our new Flint Center.
The selected candidate will initially fulfill the standard responsibilities of a Brightview Clinical Lead while working closely with the current Clinical Director and CEO to support the development and launch of the Flint Center.
Over approximately 4–6 months, the position is intended to transition into the Clinical Director role for the Flint Center, based on performance, readiness, clinic needs, and successful completion of the transition process.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership
- Provide clinical leadership, support, and oversight to assigned BCBAs.
- Maintain Brightview standards for clinical quality, documentation, treatment integrity, and ethical practice.
- Support caseload management, billable expectations, clinical problem-solving, and caregiver collaboration.
- Conduct or support clinical audits, quality assurance, training, and staff development.
- Mentor and support BCBAs while promoting accountability and a positive clinical culture.
- Maintain all established Clinical Lead administrative and billable expectations.
Clinic Development & Launch
- Work with the Clinical Director and CEO to prepare the Flint Center for launch.
- Help develop clinical workflows, standards, staffing structures, and team expectations.
- Provide clinical input on scheduling, caseload organization, documentation, training, and quality assurance.
- Participate in clinic planning meetings and identify operational or clinical needs before opening.
- Help establish a collaborative, accountable, and high-quality clinical culture.
- Support launch timelines, action items, and clinical readiness.
Leadership Transition
Throughout the interim period, the Clinical Lead will gain increasing responsibility in:
- Clinic-level leadership and decision-making
- Staff development and team management
- Clinical operations and quality assurance
- Workflow development
- Strategic planning and cross-department collaboration
- Clinic launch preparation
The timeline may vary based on clinic readiness, individual performance, and organizational needs.
Meetings & Work Expectations
The role will include both virtual and in-person meetings with Clinical Leadership, the CEO, and clinic staff. In-person involvement will increase as the Flint Center approaches opening.
Upon successful transition, the Clinical Director role will be fully in-person at the Flint Center.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification and Michigan LBA.
- Clinical and supervisory ABA experience.
- Strong knowledge of ABA practices, documentation, treatment planning, and ethical standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- Willingness to work fully in-person upon transition to Clinical Director.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Clinical Lead, supervisory, or management experience.
- Clinic-based ABA experience.
- Experience developing clinical workflows, training programs, or quality systems.
- Interest in advancing into a Clinical Director leadership role.
Success in This Role
Success means maintaining strong Clinical Lead performance while helping build a clinically sound, organized, and positive Flint Center and demonstrating readiness to assume Clinical Director responsibilities.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
