We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to install commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This position involves working on new construction and retrofit projects involving RTUs, chillers, boilers, refrigeration equipment, ductwork, and controls.
- Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, condensers, furnaces, walk-in coolers/freezers, and exhaust systems.
- Install sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components.
- Cut, thread, and connect copper and steel piping using ProPress and MegaPress systems.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
- Install and connect HVAC controls and electrical wiring.
- Operate ladders, lifts, and other job site equipment safely.
- Maintain quality workmanship and complete projects on schedule.
- Travel to customer job sites throughout the service area.
- Follow all company and customer safety requirements.
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment and duct systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
- Experience with refrigeration equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working on ladders and scissor lifts.
