This role requires excellent driving skills, route planning, and the ability to manage freight logistics effectively.
Duties
- Plan and navigate routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transit.
- Ensure the proper handling of freight to prevent damage during transport.
