We are seeking an experienced Utility Foreman with a full crew of operators and laborers to join our team in Virginia. As a Utility Foreman, you and your crew will play a key role in the installation of water, sewer, and storm drain systems on municipal, industrial, and commercial projects.

Lead and supervise a crew of operators and laborers in the installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drain systems.

Interpret and implement project plans and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment as required for utility installation.

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.

Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other team members to resolve issues and maintain project flow.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a foreman overseeing underground utility or water/wastewater plant work on municipal, industrial, or commercial sites.

Strong knowledge of project plans, specifications, and construction documentation.

Proficient in heavy equipment operations related to utility installation.

Thorough understanding of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.

Demonstrated leadership and crew management skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors.
