We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team for our restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a self-motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment.
- Install, replace, and commission commercial HVAC systems and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC trade school certification or equivalent technical training.
- Experience with rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and commercial refrigeration systems.
