Clean Air Home Services is hiring a hands-on leader to sell, perform high-quality chimney and air quality work, and manage a field team of five or more technicians across metro Atlanta. This is a hybrid role for someone who can close sales in the home, run jobs, and develop technicians.
What You Will Do
- Run in-home IAQ inspections, educate homeowners, and close air duct and indoor air quality services across roughly five appointments daily.
- Perform chimney and venting repairs and installations: liners, caps and crowns, dampers, smoke chamber and firebox work, gas conversions, and full inspections.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of five or more field technicians.
- Document inspections, photos, estimates, and sold work accurately in Workiz.
- Hold safety standards, customer satisfaction, and strong reviews on every job.
- Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment.
What You Bring
- Five plus years managing field technicians (required).
- Experience in chimney, duct cleaning, masonry, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or gas appliances.
- Strong technical skill with chimney and venting systems; able to read schematics and blueprints.
- Proven in-home sales ability and clear, professional communication.
- Comfortable in attics and confined spaces; willing to work full days and travel locally.
- Coachable and competitive, with a professional appearance and customer-first approach.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
$80,000 to $150,000 annually. Compensation is built individually around qualifications, experience, and results, composed across base pay, commission, profit sharing, and performance bonuses. Commission and revenue sharing are paid biweekly.

This is a 1099 (W-9) position, full-time.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
