Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our entire inventory, both new & pre-owned.
- Complete your daily tasks & opportunities assigned to you in our CRM.
- Prospect & close potential buyers by maintaining rapport, responding to inquiries, recommending sales promotions, etc.
- Qualify potential buyers by understanding the buyer's requirements and interests; matching this information to the proper vehicle and/or finance route.
- Demonstrate the ability to close sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, etc.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in continual learning/educational opportunities.
- Meet with Team Leader daily to follow-up with previous leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be a quick learner and be self-disciplined with a "never say die" attitude
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Professional appearance & attitude
- Excellent customer service & negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Must have a valid driver's license and have 2 years driving experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including Saturdays
