Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. A signing bonus is available. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in this field. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning units and related mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety standards.
- Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
