Leasing Administrative Coordinator Opportunity
This position will provide direct support to the Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director, and the SVP of Asset Management and assist with a broad range of activities across development, acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and general office operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior commercial real estate experience and be familiar with leasing administration, property management, contract and document coordination, tenant communications, scheduling, and project support. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review lease agreements for accuracy and compliance
- Manage lease renewals and terminations
- Maintain and update lease records in the database
- Coordinate with tenants and property managers to resolve lease-related issues
- Ensure that all lease terms and conditions are met
- Track lease payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Handle lease modifications and amendments
- Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence
- Generate regular reports on lease status and performance
- Assist in the auditing of lease agreements for compliance
- Interpret and explain lease terms to tenants and stakeholders
- Provide support during lease negotiations
- Coordinate property inspections with relevant parties
- Monitor key lease dates and deadlines, such as rent reviews and lease expirations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience with lease administration software
- Understanding of real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior time management and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
