Title: Inventory & Delivery Team Member
Nature of the Work:
This is fun for those who enjoy a fast-paced, physical role. Ideal for someone who prefers being on their feet and working with their hands.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining rental inventory
- Loading/unloading equipment with team members and customers
- Setting up tents and event equipment (training provided)
- Communicating with customers and coworkers
- General warehouse and janitorial duties (indoor & outdoor)
Working Conditions:
- Standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Indoor warehouse (not always climate controlled) + outdoor work
- Weekend and early morning shifts required
- Exposure to propane, gasoline, and cleaning materials
- Frequent interaction with team and customers
Opportunity to advance to with pay raise within 6 months-1 year. Please note there is a 90-day probationary period.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maintain full range of motion
- Reliable, positive attitude, even in high-stress situations
- Clear verbal communication, ability to write legibly (additional languages a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills
- Professional appearance
