American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit position requiring at least 1 year of recent tele/PCU experience and NIH Stroke Certification.

Hospital setting in the Stepdown/Progressive Care staffing pool unit

Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Active RN license (NC or Compact) required

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)

Current NIH Stroke Certification required

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry/PCU/Stepdown nursing

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)

One professional reference required

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered

Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
