Origination Support Specialist

The Origination Support Specialist (LOA) will be organized with a strong attention to detail. This individual is expected to exercise significant initiative in the performance of all assigned duties.
- Assist Loan Officer in general administrative and clerical duties;
- Obtain loan documentation once loan application is received and ensure all documentation is completed accurately for Loan Officer to proceed to the next phase of processing;
- Schedule appointments, meetings, lunches, and etc. for the Loan Officer and clients;
- Assist with branch marketing efforts to generate leads;
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Must be dependable with meeting deadlines and managing time;
- Have an ability to work independently on multiple files simultaneously;
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the mortgage banking industry;
The environment is characteristic of an office setting. Must be able to execute complex tasks on time sensitive transactions, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
