What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Labeling Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising employees and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the assigned team.
Key Responsibilities

Train new employees and ensure compliance with shipping and labeling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Prioritize workloads and assign tasks to team members

Print packing slips and verify that orders are accurately pulled, labeled, consolidated, and loaded

Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

Conduct 1-week, 3-week, 6-week, and annual performance evaluations

Provide clear instructions, monitor progress, and deliver constructive feedback

Coach, mentor, and develop employees for future growth opportunities

Report significant personnel, maintenance, production, or operational concerns to management

Collaborate with other departments to support overall company success

Proven leadership ability with experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.

Detail-oriented with experience ensuring inventory, quality, and safety compliance.

Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or shipping supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Stand and walk for extended periods.

Frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift overhead.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
