Job Summary
We are seeking an RV Parts Specialist to join our team. The RV Parts Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their recreational vehicles. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the parts department is organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
1. Greet customers and assist them in identifying the correct parts for their RVs.
2. Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email regarding parts availability and pricing.
3. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including shelving and displays.
5. Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure availability of parts.
6. Assist in receiving and stocking incoming parts shipments.
7. Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders for repairs and installations.
8. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers as needed.
9. Keep up to date with product developments and industry trends.
Qualifications
- No high school diploma needed
- Previous experience in a retail automotive or RV parts environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts up to 50 lbs.
