Home Helpers Home Care of Burlington is building one of the premier private-duty home care organizations in Massachusetts. We are looking for an elite relationship-driven seller to accelerate growth across hospitals, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, elder care professionals, and healthcare referral networks throughout Greater Boston.
This is not an entry-level sales role.
We are looking for someone who already has deep relationships, trusted credibility in the market, and a track record of generating referral volume in healthcare, post-acute care, senior care, or adjacent relationship-based industries.
The right candidate is commercially aggressive, highly autonomous, operationally mature, and knows how to build long-term referral pipelines — not just “drop off donuts.”
What You’ll Own
Build and expand strategic referral partnerships across:
Hospitals
Skilled nursing facilities
Inpatient rehab facilities
Assisted living communities
Hospice organizations
Home health agencies
Geriatric care managers
Elder law / fiduciary ecosystems
Generate qualified private-pay client referrals and drive sustained hour growth
Develop territory plans and execute high-frequency field engagement
Own referral source strategy, relationship mapping, and account penetration
Build executive-level trust with discharge planners, directors, administrators, social workers, and healthcare leadership
Represent the company as a premium provider in the market
Collaborate closely with operations leadership to ensure service excellence and referral retention
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights directly to ownership
What We’re Looking For

Existing relationships within the Greater Boston senior care / healthcare ecosystem
Proven track record generating referrals or revenue through relationship-based selling
Highly self-directed and comfortable operating independently in the field
