Job Description:
Bonfire Burritos is seeking a reliable, positive, and adaptable Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in close quarters. This is a cross-functional role requiring flexibility, teamwork, and attention to quality and consistency.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare high-quality burritos, tacos, bowls, and other menu items consistently and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Pour draft beer and mix cocktails
- Greet customers and take orders
- Prepare coffee drinks and operate an espresso machine
- Prep ingredients and stations for service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation requirements an standards
Experience is preferred but not required. We value work ethic, attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to each guest through order accuracy and hospitality
- Dependability in attendance, policy, and procedure
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and reach bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently (additional physical requirements may apply consistent with standard restaurant operations)
