We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and manage campaigns featuring AT&T products and services. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience driving sales, tracking campaign performance, and learning retail marketing from the ground up.
What You’ll Do as a Sales Assistant:
- Engage with customers in-person to showcase AT&T products and drive sales.
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend personalized solutions to boost sales.
- Sales Assistants build lasting relationships to generate repeat sales and referrals from customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Sales Assistant’s track campaign performance and help improve sales results while keeping the customer experience positive.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable presence that encourages customer interactions and sales opportunities.
