Primary Solutions Corp is rapidly expanding and hiring driven Sales Consultants in Frederick County, MD. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential and control of their own schedule.
You’ll work directly with homeowners providing solutions for roofing, HVAC systems, smart home security, siding and window replacement.
What You’ll Do
- Run company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
- Conduct in-home consultations and property inspections
- Present solutions for home improvement, HVAC, and security systems
What You’ll Earn
- $95K–$220K+ target 1st year income
- Uncapped commissions

Requirements
- MHIC Required (Sales License)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
