As a Human Resources Coordinator at Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our assisted living facilities. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting new employee orientations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
Maintain timekeeping and payroll system
Coordinate employee communications, including email blasts and team meetings
Support employee relations and conduct investigations as needed
Assist with compliance efforts, including FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory requirements
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
0-1 year of experience in HR or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
