We are seeking a Production Manager to assist in the development of our manufacturing capabilities and manage an emerging department. An ideal production manager is driven, humble, and socially intelligent - a proven leader. This is a pivotal role designed for a "developer-coach" who excels at building systems from the ground up, evolving existing systems, coaching leaders, and solving complex manufacturing challenges. You will not only manage daily output but will be on the leading edge of our production strategy and company culture.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Leadership & Culture: Actively mentor supervisors and team leaders; foster a collaborative environment rooted in accountability and our core company values.
- Excellence In Safety: Lead the evolution of our safety program, moving beyond compliance to a deeply ingrained safety culture.
- Production Management: Oversee the full production lifecycle, from raw material intake to final shipment.
- Capacity Planning: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks through data-driven solutions to ensure future scalability.
- Systems & Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize production systems to support rapid department growth.
Required Qualifications:

- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment or processes.

Preferred Experience
- Management: 2–5 years in a management position in manufacturing or a related field.
- Manufacturing: 3–5 years of manufacturing experience (direct experience in the HVAC industry is a significant plus).
- Process Improvement: Proven track record of developing manufacturing systems and maintaining high-level KPIs.
