What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct neonatal care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes swiftly
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed records
- Educate families and support them through care processes
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols at all times
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- At least 1 year of NICU experience
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts consistently
