Chris Details is a growing mobile detailing company serving customers at their homes and workplaces throughout Southeast Michigan. We take pride in providing professional, high-quality detailing services while delivering an excellent customer experience.
We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are willing to learn and take pride in their work. No experience is required for entry-level positions. Paid training and advancement opportunities are available for those who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Positions AvailableTrainee Detailer — $16/hr
Learn the fundamentals of professional detailing and mobile service. No experience required. Complete a minimum of 15 training details while developing the skills needed to advance.
Detailer — $21–23/hr
Perform interior and exterior detailing to company standards while continuing to improve efficiency, customer service, and vehicle care skills.
Lead Detailer — $25–28/hr + 100% of Tips
Lead a 2-person team, drive a company vehicle, communicate with customers, and ensure every job is completed properly and professionally. Trusted to represent the company and maintain high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Travel to customer homes and workplaces as part of a mobile detailing team
- Operate detailing equipment and maintain company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Arrive on time and ready to work
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically active work
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
