Job Summary
Work with an experienced team of Land Acquisition Specialists to determine viability of targeted properties. Manage projects through the entitlement process. Negotiate with contractors to get the best deal possible when contracting their services. Manage the construction process of approved projects.
Position comes with negotiable salary and benefits, depending on comparable experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Residential Land Development Projects from A to Z
Determine development requirements for each land project
Prepare project proformas to determine site viability
Meet with landowners and local government officials as needed
Manage and co-ordinate projects with Engineers and Environmental Specialists
Coordinate, schedule and attend site visits
Prepare project deliverables
Present Projects to governing bodies to gain approvals
Accurately interpret land development terminology & processes
Resolve contract issues
Visit active project sites during construction process to verify quality of work and completion
Perform other duties as required and assigned
Position Requirements:
Strong verbal communication
Effective inter-personal and superior negotiation skills
Residential Land Development Project Management/Entitlement Experience Preferred
Land Acquisition experience Preferred

Pay: $110,000.00+ Depending on skills and experience
