Job Summary
Our Deli Counter team is seeking to hire motivated, fun, and friendly team members who are dependable and customer oriented. The ideal candidate is hard-working, takes direction well, and thrives in a dynamic high-volume environment. Weekend availability is required.
Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour plus tips

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
- Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare sandwiches and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with restocking inventory as needed
- Process payments using our POS system (Square)
- Other various tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar customer service role is preferred, but we will train the right person
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive customer experience
- Possess strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
Required:
- Work weekends
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure efficiently
- Understanding of hospitality standards and customer service
- Must be able to stand for long periods
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
