Mike’s Vitamin Infusions is a nurse-owned and operated IV therapy company with strong community roots and an established patient base. Our team provides IV hydration and vitamin therapy to clients seeking wellness support, recovery, and preventative care.
We are looking for skilled, dependable Registered Nurses who enjoy working independently while delivering excellent patient care. This position is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with repeat clients.
With a steady flow of patients and continued demand for services, nurses have the opportunity to earn strong commissions while building their own regular clientele.
Area's of Service: Atlanta, Alpharetta, Dahlonega, Dawsonvillie, Gainesville, John’s Creek, Ball Ground, Sandy Springs, Big Canoe and more!
What You’ll Do
- Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapy to patients
- Provide professional patient care, education, and follow-up
- Follow established clinical protocols and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with patients and scheduling/dispatch
- Build relationships with repeat clients while representing the company brand

Startup Supplies
As an independent contractor, nurses maintain their own IV supply inventory in order to provide services.
A complete startup cost typically averages around $1,400 and includes the medical supplies needed to begin seeing patients.
To help make onboarding easier, Mike’s Vitamin Infusions covers 50% of the initial supply cost, and the remaining balance can be reimbursed gradually through your first few completed appointments.
Most nurses are able to recover the cost of their startup supplies quickly through early visits, while building their regular patient base.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- BLS & ACLS required
- Strong IV insertion skills
- Professional bedside manner
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
- 50/50 split on patient fees
- 100% of tips
- Independent Contractor (1099)
Pay: $75.00 - $300.00 per hour
