- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years with advanced degree.
- Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience in complex agreement negotiations, renewals, or agreement management.
- Experience in business generation platforms and the programmatic ecosystem (e.g., Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), or Ad Servers).
- Experience navigating complex organizations and building consensus among Sales, Product GTM, Legal, or Finance.
- Ability to streamline agreement term negotiations, particularly product and service terms, while efficiently engaging Legal cross-functional partners.
- Track record of optimizing agreement outcomes for multiple parties and minimizing risks.

- Engage in high-stakes partner negotiations and consultations. Provide support for critical agreements, ensuring that business generation strategies align with both partner growth and internal business objectives.
- Drive regional business attainment and platform adoption by overseeing strategic partner consultations.
- Serve as a proactive strategic consultant for the Deal Efficiency team, supporting the main strategic partners across the Americas.
- Serve as a primary liaison between Sales, Product Go-to-Market (GTM), Legal, and Finance. Align cross-functional workflows to streamline agreement negotiations and remove business bottlenecks.
- End-to-end agreement management and execution, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Monitoring agreement portfolio health, measuring against internal business objectives and serving as a key point of contact for the sales teams on agreement renewals.
