Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Door Knockers. In this role, you will engage with homeowners directly, promoting our roofing, siding and gutter products and encouraging participation. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and making a positive impact in their community.
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to educate residents about our products & services
- Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner to promote participation and setting up free inspection appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to the team.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to strategize effective outreach methods.
- Strong customer service skills to lead positive interactions with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in sales techniques can enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Supervising experience may be beneficial for those looking to take on leadership roles within the team.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued, allowing for broader communication with home owners.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies/soft selling can aid in promoting services effectively.
- Previous experience in door-to-door campaigns or canvassing beneficial by providing insight into effective engagement methods, but not required.
- Will train the right individual for continued success in this field.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour *No Sales Quotas!
