The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:

Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers for day-to-day construction activities.

Develop and manage the overall project schedule, identify the critical path, and expedite critical materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery.

Review and resolve subcontractor schedule impacts and productivity claims.

Make decisions related to scheduling, logistics, delivery, quality control, and trade staffing levels.

Document field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule and prepare RFIs to clarify questions on plans and specifications.

Coordinate work among all trades to maintain efficient project operations and resolve site issues related to sequencing, labor, equipment, or design clarification.

Ensure all required permits and insurance remain current throughout the project duration.

Assist in managing General Conditions to help maintain the project budget.

Oversee installation to ensure work complies with approved contract documents and quality standards.

Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and leadership to keep progress transparent and proactive.

Foster a culture of trust and respect while challenging and supporting team members and partners to improve performance.
