Job Title: Zumba® Instructor, Speer Branch YMCA
Description: Seeking an energetic and passionate Zumba® Instructor to lead engaging group fitness classes. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming and inclusive environment, motivate participants of all fitness levels, and deliver high-quality, safe, and fun workouts that align with YMCA standards.
Duties:

Lead dynamic and safe Zumba® classes for members of varying fitness levels

Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating class environment

Build strong relationships with members and encourage ongoing participation

Arrive prepared with structured class plans and appropriate music

Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines

Provide modifications and support to accommodate different abilities

Represent the YMCA's mission and values in all interactions
Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Current Zumba® Instructor Certification required

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to connect with and engage diverse populations

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and inspire others

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must pass a 10-panel drug screen

Must successfully complete a Level 2 background check*
Pay & Perks: Part-time, $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Free individual YMCA membership and discount for household family members.
