Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfer, and ambulation needs
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with feeding and hydration needs, including administering medications as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including room cleanliness and waste management
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
