Midvale Country Club is seeking a motivated and service-oriented part time Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and takes pride in delivering five-star service. This s a tipped position.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and serve members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Make and serve drinks in accordance with club standards
- Buss and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming dining space
- Ensure all members and guests have a seamless and exceptional dining experience
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier service
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
