Compensation & Schedule
Growing Healthy Seasons uses a per-student, per-hour compensation model, allowing clinicians to increase earnings through appropriately scheduled individual and group therapy services. Compensation ranges from $33-$40 per student, per hour, based on experience, credentials, certifications, and assigned responsibilities.
Every clinician's schedule is intentionally built around experience, preferred populations, geography, supervision responsibilities, and program needs. Before assignments begin, you'll have clear conversations about your schedule, locations, and expectations.
Because pediatric therapy naturally includes school calendars, student absences, and changing service needs, our leadership team proactively manages caseloads, coordinates schedules, communicates anticipated changes, and provides administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care - you’ll never navigate logistics alone.

Our values are reflected in how we work every day.
You'll have accessible leaders, honest communication, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team that shares knowledge and encourages professional growth.
