Hope’s Bridal is seeking a passionate and highly-motivated bridal stylist. Ideal candidate must be outgoing, upbeat, professional, and love working in a customer service intensive environment.. Candidates should have a minimum of at least one year of retail sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a fashionable and professional image and caring customer service
- Consistently seek new bridal fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
- Provide expertise and honest, confident feedback regarding merchandise style and fit
- Wardrobe and accessorize every customer for wedding, prom, and formal events, closing sales
- Build lasting relationships through ongoing communication from clients’ first visit until their event
- Proactively troubleshoot and problem solve
- Openly communicate with and support coworkers
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store and merchandise
Qualifications
- Proven listening and selling skills
- Confident in selling all price points in all departments
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, emotional environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Trustworthy, careful handling of client accounts and money
- Ability and desire to set and achieve sales goals
- Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the wedding industry
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable and reliable
- Must be available to work weekends, work on your feet throughout the day, and lift 20 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience working in retail sales
Ideally, we are seeking 1-3 people to join our team as we gear up for our busy season. Weekend availability is a must, but the hours are easy. We are open Saturdays 10-4 and Sundays 12-4.
