Job Summary
We are a fast-paced, patient-focused Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in Outpatient Total Hip and Total Knee replacement procedures. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional orthopedic care using advanced surgical techniques, streamlined workflows, and a collaborative team environment.
We are a newly opened ASC that is ramping up further and opening additional operating rooms. We are seeking skilled and motivated Pre-Op/PACU RNs who thrive in a high-performance orthopedic setting and are passionate about surgical excellence and patient safety.
Essential Responsibilities
- Patient assessments preoperatively and/or postoperatively
- Obtaining IV access
- Medication management and administration
- Postoperative teaching
- Monitoring of patient vital signs, etc.
- Assist with early mobilization utilizing a walker
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Pre-Op/PACU experience preferred
- BLS/ACLS certifications
