Monday–Thursday | Full-Time
Saline Dental is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about preventive care, values strong patient relationships, and enjoys working in a collaborative, positive practice environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and charting.
- Take and evaluate digital radiographs.
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations.
- Assist the dentist with hygiene exams and communicate clinical findings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current Arkansas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
- Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Local anesthesia certification preferred (if applicable).
- Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $43.07 - $50.00 per hour
