We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, and general automotive diagnostics. Responsibilities
- Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance
- Conduct tire services, including rotations, alignments, and replacements
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks
- Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services
- Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services that benefit the customer
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience as a mechanic or service technician
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes and tire services
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks performed
