Trutek Corp. is a small, growing company focused on consumer health and wellness products, including NasalGuard, a drug-free nasal barrier gel brand.
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to help increase NasalGuard’s online visibility, product discovery, digital traffic, and e-commerce sales.
This role is best suited for someone with practical experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, social media growth, and online product marketing. We are looking for someone who understands how consumers discover products online and how to help turn that attention into measurable business growth.
Position Overview
The Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist will support NasalGuard’s growth across key digital and e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, Shopify, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, and other relevant channels.
The right candidate should have hands-on knowledge of digital marketing platforms, paid advertising, content testing, e-commerce performance, and social media-driven product discovery.
NasalGuard also works with outside agencies, consultants, and platform partners. This position will assist in coordinating and co-managing those efforts to help ensure campaigns, creative direction, platform strategy, and performance goals are aligned with the company’s objectives.
This is not a traditional corporate brand manager role. We are looking for someone practical, organized, performance-focused, and comfortable working in a small-company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support growth initiatives to increase NasalGuard’s online visibility, product discovery, website traffic, impressions, and e-commerce sales.
- Assist with digital advertising efforts across Meta/Facebook, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and other relevant platforms.
- Help coordinate and co-manage work with outside agencies, consultants, ad partners, designers, creators, and internal team members.
- Review campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, traffic, engagement, conversions, sales trends, and return on ad spend.
- Support TikTok Shop, influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, creator content, and social media growth opportunities.
- Assist with e-commerce platform updates, including Amazon, Shopify, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, product listings, promotions, coupons, and content updates.
- Help organize and review creative assets, ad concepts, product images, videos, copy, and promotional materials.
- Monitor competitor activity, online trends, customer behavior, and new growth opportunities.
- Recommend practical improvements based on data, platform performance, and market activity.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, paid advertising, social media marketing, or a related role.
- Experience with one or more major digital advertising platforms, such as Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of how to promote and sell consumer products online.
- Ability to review basic marketing and e-commerce performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, traffic, engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and project coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with outside agencies, consultants, creative partners, and internal team members.
- Ability to work in a small-company environment where responsibilities are hands-on and priorities may change quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart.com, or other marketplace/e-commerce platforms.
- Experience growing or supporting a TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media account.
- Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator outreach, or user-generated content.
- Experience with consumer products, health/wellness, personal care, CPG, OTC, or similar product categories.
- Experience working in a startup, small business, e-commerce company, agency, direct-to-consumer brand, or fast-moving marketing environment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, or similar reporting tools.
Education and Experience
A college degree is helpful but not the primary requirement for this role. Practical experience and demonstrated ability in digital marketing, e-commerce, paid advertising, or social media growth are more important.
Preferred education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Preferred experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, paid advertising, Amazon, TikTok, social media growth, or related online marketing work. Candidates with such experience in self-employment or in an entrepreneurial capacity will be a plus.
Candidates with less formal experience may still be considered if they can demonstrate strong practical knowledge, platform experience, or measurable results in online growth, paid ads, e-commerce, or social media marketing.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate understands how products get discovered online and how digital platforms can be used to build awareness, traffic, and sales.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable reviewing performance data, testing ideas, coordinating with creative and advertising partners, and helping move campaigns in the right direction.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is practical, hands-on, curious, organized, and interested in helping grow a consumer product brand through digital and e-commerce channels.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
