We are extending a select invitation to an individual who embodies refinement, confidence, and an elevated sense of presence. This role is reserved for someone who naturally carries themselves with distinction, someone poised, impeccably presented, and capable of representing a high‑end practice with effortless sophistication.
This is not a standard front‑desk role. It is a front‑of‑house ambassador position for a practice that values discretion, excellence, and a seamless, high‑touch patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and oversee check‑in/check‑out with a warm, polished, concierge‑level presence
- High-end concierge sales opportunity with bonus plan
- Maintain a serene, immaculate front‑of‑house environment that reflects the elevated nature of the practice
- Handle calls, emails, texts, and inquiries with exceptional professionalism and composure
- Manage scheduling, EMR updates, and patient records with precision and discretion
- Support CRM management and contribute to a high lead‑conversion rate
- Coordinate reminder calls, rescheduling, and patient flow with grace
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and meticulous documentation standards
- Assist with daily operations and overall clinic presentation
- Convert new patient leads and take advantage of generous bonuses
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- Exceptional communication skills—articulate, attentive, and naturally engaging
- Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel or Google Suite)
- EMR experience
- Impeccable personal presentation and a refined, composed demeanor
- Ability to multitask seamlessly in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment
- Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury hospitality, or high‑end retail strongly preferred
- A genuine passion for medical aesthetics and delivering an elevated patient experience

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
