The Cleanroom Support Associate is responsible for managing the receipt and inventory of materials, supporting cleanroom maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of environmental controls across the Allendale and Oakland facilities. This role involves inspecting incoming materials, maintaining cleanroom standards, and supporting various manufacturing and R&D functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adherence to cGMP and safety regulations, and the ability to effectively handle multiple responsibilities.

Receive and unload incoming materials, inspect for quality and damages, and process returns as necessary.

Coordinate and manage shipping of products for various departments; ensure timely replenishment and monitor inventory levels.

Provide onsite support for R&D activities including order receiving, shipping, and delivery.

Maintain and monitor routine process chemicals (e.g., 99% IPA, vinegar).

Conduct regular cycle counts in warehousing areas to ensure inventory accuracy.

Oversee sterilization of outbound packaging and manage hazardous waste with Veolia.

Take routine and maintenance water samples; create and print sample labels and maintain the water sampling binder.

Clean and maintain purified water hoses, manufacturing ovens, clean air and fume hoods, walkin coolers, and sump pumps.

Restock and manage gowning supplies and consumables; issue and deliver necessary materials to production.

Adhere to all cGMP and safety requirements.

Follow established procedures and protocols for a safe and compliant working environment.

Previous experience in a cGMP environment or cleanroom is highly desirable.
