The Assistant Manager will oversee store staff and operations of Valentino's Bennington. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and has strong supervisory skills. Manager responsibilities include management of front counter associates, kitchen operations and delivery drivers, ensuring quality control, food inventory, and ensuring staff adheres to policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staff on a shift by shift basis
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Maintain labor, food and supply budget
- Inventory control
- Ensure employees work productively
- Maintains and demonstrates a positive attitude
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
