We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House Team Members who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. As a member of our team, you will welcome guests, assist customers with our ordering system, prepare beverages, process orders using the Toast POS system, and ensure every guest has a positive dining experience.
This is a fast-paced position that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. While this role is primarily focused on front-of-house operations, team members are expected to work collaboratively and support one another to ensure smooth daily operations.
No prior restaurant experience is required we provide paid training and are happy to train motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist customers with self-order kiosks and answer menu questions.
- Process customer orders accurately using the Toast POS system.
- Prepare beverages and assist with front of house operations.
- Monitor completed orders, place them at the pickup counter, and mark orders as ready in the POS system.
- Keep the dining area, beverage station, and front counter clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Help maintain the dessert display and notify management when items are running low.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an efficient and enjoyable guest experience.
- Support teammates during busy periods while primarily performing front-of-house responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; experience with Toast POS is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
