Overview
Join our healthcare team as a Physician Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. The Maven Group specializes in OB/GYN and services all of the Inland Empire. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise, support patient recovery, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to improve health outcomes. This is a part time position with a possibility of becoming full time. Bilingual preferred. (English and Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and vital signs monitoring.
- Perform procedures such as biopsies, Nexplanon and IUD insertion and removals, pessary fitting and maintenance, and colposcopies.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Support medical administrative tasks including scheduling, patient intake, medical records management, and ICD coding for billing purposes.
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure precise clinical decision-making.
Skills
- Strong understanding of medical documentation standards and electronic health record (EHR/EHR systems) management.
- Familiarity with ICD coding and medical records management for accurate billing and compliance.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations.
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology necessary for comprehensive patient care.

Pay: $58.00 - $70.00 per hour
