Duties
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and food preparation tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in accordance with food safety procedures and sanitizing protocols

- Follow food handling guidelines diligently to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination during all stages of food preperation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, particulary in a high volume restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety management practices, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling protocols
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure
- Experience with food industry standards related to meal preparation, food production
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
