We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a front desk receptionist role, supporting both our sales and service departments.
This position is primarily a receptionist role. You will be the first point of contact for customers while also assisting with scheduling mobile service appointments, creating additional earning opportunities through performance-based bonuses. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions via phone and internet efficiently.
- Greet customers and manage front desk responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Support the sales team with customer flow and communication
- Assist the service department 1 day per week
- Schedule mobile service appointments (bonus opportunity)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Coordinate scheduling with service technicians
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Assist with follow-ups to confirm appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1–2 years, preferably in a call center or automotive environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using internet-based tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
