We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all sales job duties, ranging from engaging leads to closing sales. As a Sales Associate, your duties will include working closely with customers to identify their needs, answering their questions about our vehicles, and recommending the right solutions. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service while consistently meeting the dealership's sales goals.
What you'll do:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the best vehicle choice
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including features, condition, and status
- Drive sales by promoting products, services, and financing options to suit customer needs
- Ensure our dealership's visual standards are maintained across the showroom and lot
- Be proactive in resolving customer complaints, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver top-tier customer service
- Contribute to sales strategy, including planning marketing activities and suggesting improvements
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
- Strong understanding of sales principles and excellent customer service practices
- Proficiency in English and basic Math skills.
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
