Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of our building facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, dust, and sanitize offices, common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors.
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and breakrooms, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify management if any maintenance or supply refills are needed.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
