PURPOSE/SCOPE OF POSITION
· To follow implementation of front office procedures that will ensure the efficient operation of Integrity Rehab.
· To communicate effectively via phone, computer, or face to face with patients, families, caregivers, significant others, and members of the healthcare team to maintain positive relations.
· To assist in monitoring office processes so that the non-clinical functions of Integrity Rehab remain in compliance with Integrity Rehab’s policies and procedures, the employee handbook, HIPAA, and the compliance plan.
· To ensure that services reflect and support Integrity Rehab’s mission/goals and are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
· To assist in providing therapy to patients as prescribed by the physician under the supervision of a licensed therapist or therapist assistant.
· To ensure cleanliness of the clinic and clinic equipment/supplies
The ideal candidate has reliable transportation, is available in the hours of 7:00a - 7:00p Monday through Friday.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Required)

Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting
- Strong supervisory experience leading front office teams in busy healthcare environments
- Extensive knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as RainTree, Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar platforms
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance
- Demonstrate management skills including scheduling and financial oversight
- Experience with clinics or clinic operations is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards and utilization management processes
